provided to the Commissioners for the appeal it was necessary for me to submit the large file in this this fashion I certainly have no objection to your reviewing our documents in the
large file and presenting to the Commission only those documents which are not duplicative of documents that your staff is already providing to the Commissioners However I do respectfully
