Scope of work:
Task
• Replace Existing roof and walk -off mats on life guard station roof.
Description
• Remove existing rubber membrane roof and dispose of in an acceptable manner.
• Furnish and install suitable substrate providing positive drainage away from building
(submit description of material in proposal).
• Furnish and install white DOW rubber membrane roof system or better (submit
description of material in proposal).
• Flash walls and tuck edge of roof system under existing counter flashing.
• Furnish and install grey walk pads as currently installed. Walk pads must be equal
quality or better (submit description of material in proposal).
• Furnish and install .032 aluminum drip edge.
• Obtain required re- roofing permits and inspections.
• Provide minimum 15 year warranty.
