Atlantic Beach. We have also left several telephone messages in the last couple of months for you,
but have not received a return call.
Please call me upon receipt of this letter to discuss the status of this matter and to make
arrangements to finalize the transaction. Certainly, there has been sufficient time since the City
passed the ordinance in April, 2000.
1 look forward to hearing from you soon. However, if I do not hear from you by Wednesday,
