My answer to them was, Luckin Construction should be done with the fire repairs by March 1 , 1991 . You said "No problem" . On Saturday, February 23, 1991, I checked on the progress of the fire repairs, and found that the following items need to be completed before we can begin to move back into our home: 1. Finish shingling the roof. 2. Replace missing and damaged drip edging arrnund the roof. 3. Repair poor plywood and trim work on southwest corner of roof. 4. Replace poorly cut trim on northside of gable facing. 5 . Repair gape at northeast corner of soffit, due to poor cutting. 6. Repair facings of south and north walls on east and west ends at roof level. 7. Install trim, in and around front and rear soffit breathers. Present appearance looks cheap. 8. Replace poorly cut outside north wall boards. (Do not use caulking) . 9. Remove trash in west soffit breather screen. 10. Install breathers or air turbins in roof. 11 . Put in place white foam blocks at top of east and west walls. 12. Replace incorrect cut siding on outside of chimney. (Do not use caulking) . 13. Install gutter and drain pipe on west end of roof. 14. Purchase and install a new television antenna, damaged by your workers. 15 . Finish installing chimney duct work and cap. 16. Purchase and install an outside deck light, at the third floor door, damaged by your workers. 17. Purchase and install an outside deck light, at the front door, damaged by your workers. 18. Replace front door trim, and repair loose wiring. 19. Replace front storm door screen, molding, and closer, damaged by your workers. 20. Replace front door wind chimes, broken by your workers. 21. Place insulation in attic, covering the entire area. 22. Replace missing exhaust pipe to ceiling fan, in bathroom at top of stairs. 23. A/C - furnace air vent in ceiling of southeast upstairs room, will not open due to the new ceiling installed on top of the old ceiling. 24. Replace ceiling in northeast closet, off the southeast upstairs room due to leaks from a poorly covered roof. 25. Replace northwest bedroom door, damaged by your workers. 26. Replace right inside door molding, to outside door, in northeast bedroom. 27. Replace floor tile, in bathroom off the northwest bedroom, that was damaged due to fire repairs. Roof leaked during the night of Friday, February 22, 1991 causing ceiling damage in the downstairs bathroom. 32. Repair holes in ceiling of second floor rear entrance room. 33.
