In these cases, ICP will allow new R -22 outdoor units to be matched with al existing indoor coil that was manufactured no earlier than 1992. The iexist'ng indoor coil nominal capacity should be a straight match or one size larger than the r +Qw outdoor unit. It is highly recommended that the old inc!oor be fitted with an R - 22 thermal expansion valve metering device to deliver th; best possible efficiency and reliability from the mix - matched system. Coils with capillary tube expansion devices are not ermitted. Please lease note that ICP will not provide ratings or capacities for <itny r' --'.w outdoor products combined with existing indoor coils Sincerely, ,' Robert L.
