Investigation of this property discloses that ' have, Foam?,
and determined that a public nuisance exists thereon so to
constitute a violation of City of Atlantic Beach Ordinance Sec:ticr;
17-7 (damaged sign) in that the sign is considered a minimum of 25%
damaged and considered a safety hazard and public nuisance -
existing sign is to be removed and a new permit must be, applied
for . Replacement of the sign will require that you meet all City
of Atlantic Beach cedes and ordinances . Submittal of plans }n,3
engineered drawings to meet current wind loading .

The existing structure has been posted with a "Stop work"
notificatign and JEA has been instructed to disconnect the power .
Your response is requested to Don C. Ford, Building Official of
Atlantic, Beach at 247-5800 .
You are hereby notified that unless this condition above
described is remedied within ten (10 ) days from the date of your
receipt hereof , this case will be turned over to the Code
Enforcement Board.
Under Florida Statute 162 .09 , the Code Enforcement. Boatci may
