There is no indication in these minutes that the Use by Exception was made personal to Mr . McCue , so it appears the Use by Exception would run with the land. Another individual now desires to operate his own business for the retail sales of automobiles and boats at this same location, and I am not aware of anything that would prohibit this individual from obtaining the necessary occupational license for such purpose. I understand Mr. McCue will continue to own the property, but will not be operating his business at the same time. Mr. McCue requested that his matter be brought to the attention of the City Commission, and wanted to make sure that everything was done properly. Approved an application for exception by Terry Parkerson for a home occupation at 510 Orchid Street; 4. Approved an application for use by exception by Terry McCue for the retail sales of automobiles and boats at 660 Mayport Road; 5. Approved a request from Terry McCue for a temporary office ' [ trailer for six months on property at 660 Mayport Road. during construction of an office building; 6. Approved an Ordinance vacating and abandoning platted ease- ments in Ocean Grove subdivision; 7. Approved an Ordinance providing for master metered commercial accounts; 8. Defeated a proposed Ordinance to provide motels as a permitted use in a Commercial General district, leaving motels as a use by exception in Commercial General districts; 9. Defeated an Ordinance clarifying required off-street parking and loading for conforming buildings and uses existing as of July 16, 1982. There is no indication in these minutes that the Use by Exception was made personal to Mr . McCue , so it appears the Use by Exception would run with the land. Another individual now desires to operate his own business for the retail sales of automobiles and boats at this same location , and I am not aware of anything that would prohibit this individual from obtaining the necessary occupational license for such purpose. I understand Mr. McCue will continue to own the property, but will not be operating his business at the same time. Mr. McCue requested that his matter be brought to the attention of the City Commission, and wanted to make sure that everything was done properly. I bring this to your attention for information purposes, as well as for any questions or comments you might have. We can discuss it at the next scheduled meeting on February 12 , 1990.
