The floor joists and sheathing have rotted out in several areas. The roof is leaking and there are signs of leakage around the windows and doors. Under Section 105 of the Standard Housing Code the owner of the condemned property may appeal the decision of the Building Official to the Board of Adjustments and Appeals as set forth in Chapter 107.
