Dear Mr. Phillips:
Regarding your request to construct a pool between the existing house and garage at the
referenced address,there is an existing sanitary sewer main approximately 3.5 to 4 feet deep in
an easement in that area.
All construction would need to remain completely clear of the easement to avoid damage to the
existing sewer main.
