MINUTES OF THE SHADE MEETING OF ATLANTIC BEACH CITY COMMISSION HELD
AT 5:00 PM ON MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2006.

The Mayor called the meeting to order in the Commission Chambers and explained that the meeting
• was being held for the purpose of discussing pending litigation involving a Suit for Declaratory
Injunctive and Other Relief and a Petition for Writ of Certiorari from Lindley Tolbert Design, Inc.
vs. City of Atlantic Beach, Florida and that, pursuant to Florida law, such discussions were not open
'~ to the public. The Mayor announced that the estimated time of the meeting would be one hour and
read the names of the attendees. The meeting convened to the shade in City Hall Conference Room.
Following the shade meeting, the meeting reconvened to the sunshine in the Commission Chambers.
There being no further business to come before the City Commission, on motion, second and
~ unanimous vote, the Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 6:53PM.
