AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, ANIMALS,
~„ ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL, SEC. 4-11 CLASSIFICATION OF DOGS AS
DANGEROUS, TO PROVIDE FOR EITHER LIABILITY INSURANCE OR
A SURETY BOND, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMNIISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SFC.TTnN 1. Sec. 4-11(2)(d) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(d) Liability insurance in the amount of at least one t3arn hundred

~FC'TTnN 2_ This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and
adoption.
