Contractors shall furnish certificate of liability insurance when obtaining license. 7. The penalty, for violation of any provision of the Building Code or of Ordinance #186, shall upon conviction thereof be punished by fine not exceeding $500-00 or imprisonment for not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. 8. Copies of The Southern Standard Building Code and Ordinance #186 are available at the Town Hall for reference. 9. When a sidewalk exists across front of building lot, said sidewalk shall be placed in first class condition before final inspection is requested.
