Approve Amendment Number Two to Interlocal Agreement between the City of Jacksonville and the City of Atlantic Beach for 9 -1 -1 User Fee Distribution in Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 and authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign the paperwork. C. Authorize the Chief of Police to sign the Voluntary Cooperation Mutual Aid Agreement for the Police Department to participate in the local Child Abduction Response Team (CART). D. Approve the requested fee increase of $3,719.63 to the First Vehicle Services contract for the period of 12/1/11 through 11/30/12 and authorize the City Manager to sign the proposed contract amendment. 5.
