We state our approval in this manner because it has come to our attention that the City of Atlantic Beach has a requirement that a lot must be 100' wide in order to fit within City guidelines for a circular drive. Another of our neighbors has bumped into the same requirement. That other neighbor has approached the City for a variance, and it appears likely that she will receive it from them. I assume that you will be required to do the same. Please communicate back with us, either way, once you have an opportunity to determine the City's position.
