Chapter 12 , Section 12-1-7 prohibits outside storage of miscellaneous items on residential property; 2 . Chapter 24, Section 24-159 regulates the type of home occupations permitted, i .e. , the repair of machinery and other items is not allowed; 3 . Chapter 13 , Section 13-11 limiting the number of garage sales to three per calendar year; 4. The amount and manner in which items are stored within the garage is creating a potential fire hazard. I am confident that upon receipt of this notification that you will take the appropriate steps to rectify the above-mentioned items .
