"You" means the customer set forth on this Special Services Customer Agreement and any attached documents (collectively, the "Agreement"). You authorize The Home Depot: 1)to arrange for an independent contractor, licensed where required by law (the "Installer"),to provide the installation of the materials specified in this Agreement(the "Installation"); 2) to inspect the Installation; and 3)to pay the balance due, if any,to the Installer when the Installation is complete, from monies paid by you to The Home Depot. Installation Information. You acknowledge that The Home Depot will not install the materials listed in this Agreement, but will arrange for the Installation to be performed by the Installer.
