A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA
RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0.05-14, THE RESOLUTION
IMPOSING A MORATORIUM ON DIVISIONS OF LAND, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission on December 12, 2005, passed Resolution No, OS-14,
which imposed a moratorium on quasi judicial or legislative/administrative approval of divisions of
land in the City of Atlantic Beach, and
WHEREAS, recent legislation passed by the City Commission has changed certain zoning
~"" classifications so that the public need for the moratorium no longer exists.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach as
follows:
Section 1. The moratorium on division of lands imposed by Resolution No. OS-14 is hereby
rescinded.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
