AGENDA ITEM: Extension of Annual Contract for Lawn Maintenance of
City Pazks Bid No. 0304-2-re-bid

BACKGROUND: On August 18, 2004, bids were opened for the City annual
contract for Lawn Maintenance of City Pazks. The bid was
awarded to Cuyler's Lawn Service, who has been providing
this service for several yeazs.
Staff contacted Cuyler's regarding an extension of
their current contract for one yeaz at the current rates. The
vendor has agreed to renew his contract and staff has been
pleased with the performance.
BUDGET: Funding is included in the Park Maintenance fund under
account no. 001-6020-572-34-00 in the amount of $75,000
RECOMMENDATION: Extend the contract for Lawn maintenance of city pazks for
one additional year to Cut'ler's Lawn Service at the
contract price
ATTACHMENTS: Letter of agreement to extend contract from Cut'ler's Lawn
