We propose to furnish material and labor in ac cordance with above specifications, for a Base Proposal
sum of : Seventeen Thousand, Three Dollars: $ 17,372.

Alternate #1: Material supply of three US26D Simplex #1011 mechanical touch key
pad locks (Labor to install locks incl. in Base Proposal). If this alternate is desired... ADD $ 998.
Alternate #2: Conversion of Women #2 Bathroom to Expanded Computer Room.
If this alternate is desired, ADD $ 8,053.
Dowling Construction Company:
• Assumes responsibility for directing all work and has control over construction means, methods,
techniques, sequences, and procedures and for coordinating all work under this contract.
• Requires all subcontractors working under this contract to perform work in a timely and workmanlike
manner consistent with our company's standards.
• Secures all building permits, when required, and coordinates all inspections.
• Pledges to maintain job site in a safe, orderly fashion and takes responsibility for clean up during and upon
conclusion of the job.
• Holds regular meetings to confer with the client (or a representative) to facilitate clear communication
regarding material choices, any work order changes or concerns.
