As I mentioned,this warehouse will not be used as a storage facility. We sold our building that we had been in for 16 years on Mealy Drive and rented this facility as our functioning warehouse.We had n4 idea, nor where we told by our landlord that it couldn't be used for that purpose.I paid four months in adv8nce so this creates a tremendous hardship for us. I am requesting a 90 day stay that will allow us to make other arrangements or Apply for the change of usage permit.Our hope would be to get our money back and move to another facility,however,I am',not certain the landlord will cooperate and return our prepayment of the four months rent.We have been trying to contact them since your call and have not received a return call.
