Within all residential Zoning Districts, the maximum amount of Impervious Surface area allowed is fifty percent (50%). Within all commercial and industrial Zoning Districts, the maximum amount of Impervious Surface area allowed is seventy percent (70%o). The Zoning regulations define Impervious Surface as follows: Impervious Surface shall mean those surfaces that prevent the entry of water into the soil.
