Meiselman Palm Theater no'� under construction in Atlantic Beach, Florida. My architectural services were commissioned by R. W. Makemson, P. EO ) representing H. B. Meiselman, to prepare preliminary working drawings for the above project. The completed preliminary working drawings were presented to the Mlantic Beach City Commission Monday, July 13, 1964. The completion of the preliminary workin drawings terminated my contract with H. B. Meiselman. New agreements to complete the working Irawings, supervise construction and check conformity to governing codes were never reached. Thus the Engineering drawings which you see are supplem�ntal and subservient to the Architectural drawings of Frank Shumer.
