I am the one who lied you before the lien was slapped on the property to say I had ust become the new owner. I should have been granted a grace period for restoration instead of being sent a lien and an inflated bill for grass-cutting. I am working to get a property manager as soon as possible, who will help me (long distance) get tie property into excellent condition and get it rented. ( It was neglected during the years that my mother was dying of cancer, since it was her property.) Of course I am not going to spend $4,100 for a new roof and have to be told to get licensed contractors to do thus ancl so.
