Within all residential Zoning Distri�ts, the maximum amount of Impervious Surface area allowed is fifty percent (50%). Within all commercial and industrial Zoning Districts, the maximum amount of Impervious Surface area allowed is seventy percent (70%). The Zoning regulations define Impervious Surface as Rows: Impervious Surface shall mean thol,'�e surfaces thatprevent the entry of water into the soil. Swimming pools shall not be qonsidered as Impervious Surfaces because o their ability to retain additional rain )f water, however, decking around pool may be considered impervious depending upon materialls used.
