Sec. 24-162. Parking lots.

Off-street parking lots shall be a per issible use by exception in all districts where such
lots are within four hundred (400) feet o'a premises requiring off-street parking, provided
such lots in residential districts shall also conform to the following:
(1) Such parking lots may be permided only between the,principal use and the nearest
street in the residential district.
(2) An approved wall, fencing, shr bbery or as otherwise required by the planning

(a) Commercial vehicles of less than ei rhteen thousand five hundred(18,500)gross vehi-
cle weight, and trailers of all types, includii ig travel,boat,camping and hauling,shall not be
parked or stored on any lot occupied by a 'welling or on any lot in any residential district,
except in accordance with the following requirements:

inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolesceInce, or abandonment, are
considered unsafe buildings. All such unsafe buildings are hereby declared illegal
and shall be abated by repair and rehabilitation or by demolition in accordance with
103.ZZ, 103.Z3 and 103.Z4.
