The prop sed plan is to close in the carport for a storage area. The room would be accessed through the main house as shown on the drawings. At no point in this project will any of the existing beams or supports be removed or a tered. The concrete floor of the carport will not be altered. A. Sheet #I shows a view of the north side f the project. It will have 2x6 studs attached to a pressure treated 2x6 bottom plate and to two 2x6 top plates @ 16" on center with 16 penny coate sinkers. A 6" curb will be poured to raise the bottom plate off the exis ing deck. The curb will have %2" rebar drilled and two part epoxyed in th existing deck 4" deep and every 32".The beam is existingand will not�be changed.
