We had to remove a couple of palm trees to be able to get back to the house to demo. I have a tree survey prior to any
work and we will submit a tree removal permit with all the original trees on it. We did as little as possible in the way of
alteration in order to reach the structure.

Subject: New site plan for #358 5th Street
I have enclosed a new tree removal survey for #358 5th street (lot 25) which indicates saving a
22" oak tree previously indicated as being removed. Please credit this to adjacent lot 27 as we
discussed.
I have also included a new tree removal survey for #358 5th Street (lot 27) which indicates
saving a 21" Magnolia tree previously indicated as being removed. We intend on keeping this
tree pending being able to work the pool around it. If we need to take it out later, I will let you
know. As for now would you adjust the mitigation based upon saving the tree.
On lot 27, it also indicates a 14" twin maple tree that is diseased (discovered after clearing out
vegetation). You were out of the office, so I asked Mike Griffin if he we would verify. He is
planning on sending Mike Jones to confirm.
