Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 22, Section 22-74
Installation of toilet facilities required: connection of facilities to public sewer to wit:

sewer.
(c) The owners of all properties described in (a) above where public sewer is not
currently available, but becomes available in the future, shall connect their
toilet facilities to public sewer as follows:
(1) Within ninety (90) days after date of official notice from the city to do so.
Official notice shall be complete upon mailing said notice to the property
owner at the property address and at his or her last known address, if any.
Official notice was sent to you on July 24,2008 and March 29, 2011. This letter requests the
noted violations be corrected by payment of system development charges, obtaining the
services of a licensed plumbing contractor to make connection to the public sewer with
inspections and abandon and fill septic tank as required within ninety (90) days of this
notice.

A re-inspection will be done on or before August 15, 2011. To avoid having this case be
referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in
compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon
completing the corrective action(s) required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
