(vehicle stored under a cover appears inoperable) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the vehicle stored under the cover within ten(10)days from receipt of this notice. (Storage of vehicle under a cover is not compliance.) To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.
