It is comprised of seven citizens of Atlantic Beach who meet regularly to hear allegations of code violations. You are hereby notified and ordered to appear at the next public hearing of the Code Enforcement Board on Tuesday, the 13 day of March,2012, at 6:00 pm at Atlantic Beach City Hall, Commission Chamber, 800 Seminole Road, to answer and be heard to the following alleged violations on the property known as 799 Stocks Street, Atlantic Beach, Atlantic Beach Sec H, S 30FT Lot 5,N 1OFT Lot 6 Blk 153,RE#170945-0090: Florida Building Code Section 105.4.1 Permit Intent. "Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months after its issuance, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time the work is commenced". Work is considered abandoned when an approved inspection is not obtained within a six- month period. This notice requests you comply by obtaining an approved final inspection.
