To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Hatfield, I have received a complaint about abandoned vehicles in the parking lot of 753 Atlantic Blvd.,the Powerhouse Gym parking lot. I informed the business that was in custody of the parking lot of the complaint and explained they could have the vehicle towed. However, after several weeks the vehicle is still in the parking lot with flat tires and in disrepair. Could you pass his on to code enforcement.
