Dear Mr. Johnsen:
This letter is written to advise that your property referenced is not in violation of
the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances. I sent an email to the property
preservation companies requesting their assistance in identifying abandoned and
possibly foreclosed properties. The initial email noted the address as 750 Sailfish
Drive instead of the correct address being 705 Sailfish Drive. As soon as the error
was noted it was corrected and a corrected email was sent to the same
companies. I have attached a copy for your reference.
I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Hope this will clarify this
issue, however, if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact
