Lot size: approx. 75 x 240 = 18, 000 sq. ft. or approx. .4132 acres
Zoned: 20 units per acre = 8 units

II. Building permits found:
1. 1971 for foundation for future garage
a) She built the garage plus 2 units above
2. Sept. 1977 - PUD application for 3 units to be added to their
existing 2 units (Does not make sense - she had 8 units at the time,
III. Things apparently done without Building Permits:
1. Made 2 apartments on 2nd floor of Main Building
2 . Made 1 apartment out of the 3rd floor attic of Main Building
3. Built 3 car garage plus 2 apts. above garage (Since then has
closed one garage and made it into a workshop)
4. Made an apartment out of the ground floor of the old garage in
the back at which time they came out approx. 10 ft. to the east
with the apt. and put a deck above it for the 2nd floor apartment.
5. Added a bathroom off the south side of the 1st floor apartment of
the Main Building
6. Added a kitchen off of the south side of the South 2nd floor apart-
ment of the Main Building
7. Have added several decks and balconies to existing structures and levels
of the Main Building and apartments over the 3 car garage-.
8. Have done extensive wiring and rewiring without permits
a) have put in seperate Electric Meters for the apartments, both
Main Building and Old Garage
9. Have done extensive plumbing without permits or inspection
a) is in the process of putting in seperate water meters
IV. Received a variance to eriroach on the south lot line, however I believe
she has ern7oached more than the variance due to the slanting of the
Balcony railings.
V. They should have 1 .7 off street parking places for each unit - not to
include tandem packing and a stt back from the street, therefore she
should have 17 seperate places and not in tandem.
a) She has one parking place on the front North side that has been
paved partially on the city property.
VI. I believe a check of their original survey when they purchased the house
will have most of this out when the building permits issued have been
checked again. The building permits issued have already been checked twice.
