No more than one (1) commercial vehicle of less than twelve thousand five hundred (12500) pound shall be permitted on any residential lot, and such commercial vehicle shall be parked a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the front lot line. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
