All exterior walls shall be free from holes, breaks, and loose or rotting materials; and maintained weatherproof and properly surface coated where required to prevent deterioration. (loose hanging soffit on the northside of the hotel is creating a hazardous condition subject to fall creating a hazard to life and property. Photo attached) You are required to remove, or repair and reattach the loose soffit on the north side of the hoiel within forty eight(48) hours of receipt of this notice. Unfortunately, the awnings are installed over their dumpsters and there is really not much of a way for them to move these away from this area until the sprinklers are installed. If you hear anything in regards to the sprinkler work being completed, let me know and we will get the pressure and final inspections completed on this as well.
