My notice of violation was returned by the post office "deceased" and JEA says the electric power was disconnected on 8-6-12 and there has been 0 water consumption since June 2012 . 1 have been by this property numerous times and I have never seen anyone there. Spoke to neighbors and on both sides adjacent and they say no one has been living there for months . There is a lot of "stuff" including a hauling trailer loaded with junk stored on the property as you can see from the pictures .
