Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcemegt has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic
Beach, Code of Ordinances to wit:
VIOLATIONS
INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTNENCE CODE
Section 302.4 Weeds. "All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from or
plant growth in excess of twelve (12) inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs
provided ; however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens." (Property
overgrown)
Section 302.7 Accessory Structures. "All accessory structures, including detached garages,
fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair." (Concrete block
fence/wall/accessory structure is damaged and collapsing)
This letter requests you comply by mowing and clean premises repair or remove the
dilapidated/damaged collapsing concrete block wall/accessory structure and all should be
completed within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice.

A re-inspection will be done on or after May 25, 2012. If the violation is corrected and then
recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be
presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected
prior to the board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to two hundred
fifty ($250.00) dollars per day for each day the violation is not corrected. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
