Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 20 Section 20-52
Business Tax Receipt Levy:

Section 20-52. Business License Tax. —Levy.
(1) Any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office within the
City, for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business within its jurisdiction
This letter requests that application be submitted with to the City of Atlantic Beach, City
Clerk's Office within ten (10) days of the following receipt of this notice and that full
compliance be achieved by obtaining the business tax receipt by payment of the
appropriate fees within twenty (20) days following the date of the application submittal. I
have enclosed the appropriate application for your convenience.
A re-inspection will be done on or before June 21, 2012. To avoid having this case be referred
to the Code Enforcement Board, the listed violation on this notice must be in compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines
up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
