must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations.

Rick , can you ask Kathy in code enforcement to reference
enforcement Sections 24-163 and 4-161- regarding storage of
recreational vehicles , and ree - r ing . This property is
located at the corner 'West Pla a and u ip Streets . It has a
boat parked parallel , (not perpendicular) to the front property
line for months and s in or near the f nt yard when ample room
remains on the prope elsewhere . Additionally, it has a car
(truck) parked in the grass most of the time , and an apparent
abandoned and a covered vehicle on the driveway . Also , the
garbage can is left at curbside all week . Other various debris
is as well on a fairly regular basis .

The property is seen by 15 other families that have. to drive by
the lot as they ingress to their respective properties .
