Dear Ms. Travis:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforc has found erty referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beacl of Ordinances, lapter 6, International
Property Maintenance Code adopted to wit:

Section 301.2 Vacant structures and land. All vacant structures and premises reof or
vacant land shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein
so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety.
Section 302.4 Weeds. All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or
plant growth in excess of twelve (12") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs
provided, however,this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. (Property/yard
overgrown)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by mowing the overgrown yard
and maintain mowed and call for an inspection to verify compliance within ten (10) days of
receipt of this notice.

To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required,it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to keep our neighborhoods looking well maintained and protecting property values,
and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic
