Lanier, ET AL 95 10 Street Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 -5701 P RE: Notice of Violation — Gutters, Window, Overgrown Rear Yard 1652 N Linkside Court, Lot 131, Selva Linkside Unit 02 RE #172374 -6255 CASE NO. 68312 Dear Ms. Lanier: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances Section 6 -16 to wit: VIOLATIONS INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE Section 304.7 Roofs and Drainage. The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight and not have defects that admit rain. Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness or deterioration in the walls or interior portion of the structure. Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in good repair and free from obstructions. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance. (End cap missing from end of gutters) Section 302.4 Weeds. All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve (12 ") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. (Property /rear yard overgrown) Section 304.13 Window, skylight and door frames. Every window, skylight, door and frame shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight. 304.13.1 Glazing. All glazing materials shall be maintained free from cracks and holes. If the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars per day for each day the violation is not corrected. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
