Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic
Beach, Code of Ordinances Section 6-16 to wit:
VIOLATIONS
INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
Section 301.2 Vacant structures and land. All vacant structures and premises thereof or
vacant land shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein
so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety.
Section 302.4 Weeds. All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or
plant growth in excess of twelve (12") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs
provided,however,this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. (Property/rear
yard very overgrown)
Section 304.13 Window,skylight and door frames. Every window, skylight, door and frame
shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight.
304.13.1 Glazing. All glazing materials shall be maintained free from cracks and holes.
(glazing in garage door is busted)

This letter requests you comply by maintaining the abandoned property,mowing and
maintain mowed and replace the broken windows within ten(10) days from receipt of this
notice.
If the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to
the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the
board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty
($250.00)dollars per day for each day the violation is not corrected. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to keep our neighborhoods looking well maintained while protecting property
values and your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic Beach
