Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property reference bove to
be in violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, International Property
Maintenance Code Section 302.8 -Motor Vehicles to wit:
VIOLATION
INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
Section 302.8-Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or
kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major
disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (black Chevrolet Tahoe in rear
expired Fl Tag M593IR expired 8-2009 inoperable, unlicensed)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable,
unlicensed Black Chevrolet Tahoe within five (5) days from receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations.
