Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the ro ert referenced above to

be in violation of Chapter 12-1 —Enumeration (b)(7), City of Atlantic Beach, Code of
Ordinances, Section 12-1(b)(7)to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 12-1 Nuisances—Enumeration
(b)It is hereby declared to be a nuisance,the enumerations of which are merely indications of the
nature and type of acts, occurrence and conditions, and shall not be deemed to be exclusive:
(7) For any person, either as owner or occupant of a building, structure, or property to
utilize premises of the property for the open storage of any abandoned inoperable motor vehicles,
refrigerators or other appliances, household furniture, glass, building material, building rubbish,
or similar items. (discarded carpet, sheetrock, trash and debris inside dumpster enclosure,
dumpster enclosure cannot be closed as required)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of all the discarded
building materials, trash and debris being stored inside the dumpster enclosure within five
(5) days from receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement . The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations.
