The Palms Apts Condemnation 2005 Clifton Palms LLC Thursday, September 15, 2005 7417 Clifton Quarry Dr. Clifton,Va. 20124 Attention: Sunil Kologi Dear Sir, The Palms Apartments located at Atlantic Gardens Circle have been condemned by the city of Atlantic Beach and must be secured. The property must be boarded up and posted with"No Trespassing" signs. The property must be maintained by keeping the grass mowed(less than 12 inches) and keeping the buildings secured. Under Section 601.2.2 of the Unsafe Building Abatement Code"the Building Official may cause the building to be repaired to the extent required to render it safe". By this notice you are given 10 days to secure the remaining buildings,to have them posted with no trespassing signs and to have the grass mowed and maintained. On September 29,2005 we will inspect the site to determine compliance with this order.
