Photo #1 shows the area which needs regrading and tie-in to a catch basin, and the cedar trees which need to be removed because they are located over the water line. Photo #2 shows the catch basin on Belvedere Street which the contractor can tie into the south side of the basin. As we have discussed, we cannot approve the drainage/grading inspection portion of the Certificate of Occupancy until these improvements are made.
