New Addressing for the old "Palms" Apartments on Mayport Road
The property formerly known as The Palms, located off of Mayport Road, is in the review stage for redevelopment. The
property was previously master-metered. At this point,we do not know if it will continue to be master-metered, or if each
unit will be individually metered. However,in an effort to correct some of our addressing problems,Dave H.has approved a
new address for the main parcel(RE# 177649 0000).
The new address is 11 Mayport Road. The old HTE address was 4000 Atlantic Gardens. This address is NO LONGER
VALID. Please do not use this address! The Location ID (7086) has been updated to reflect the new address, and
development parcels are being issued to that Loc ID so that we may maintain a continuous history of both utilities and
development.
Individual units will be addressed with the main address(1 I Mayport Road)and a unit number,assigned as follows:
Unit Number=Building#/Floor#/Dwelling Unit
For example,address 11 Mayport Road Unit 2412 would be located in Building 24/Floor 1 /Dwelling Unit 2.
Below are the proposed unit numbers,according to the phasing sequence submitted by the Project Manager on 12/19/07:

Also note,the address as listed on the property deed is 3952 Mayport Road. Of course,this is incorrect. We will be
notifying the property owner so that he can file an addendum to his deed,and the Duval County property appraiser's office
and so that hopefully soon all official land records will be consistent!
