This can did not get serviced due to its condition . Their
property management must be notified asap of condition .
We cannot service as this as it is a safety issue . The can as
seen in photo is stacked to unreasonable height. This is a multi
unit can and must be serviced.
My driver has been instructed to return this afternoon to dump .
And only if it has been cleaned off.
