(a) The storage and parking of commercial vehicles greater than twelve thousand five hundred (12500) pounds gross weight and dual rear wheel vehicles shall be prohibited in residential zoning districts. (1) No more than one (1) commercial vehicle of less than twelve thousand five hundred (12500)pound shall be permitted on any residential lot, and such commercial vehicle shall be parked a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the front lot line. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
