The space above the garage had already been permitted for air conditioning. The pool was permitted separately. A floor plan of the additional work performed on the area above the garage is included herewith. The additional work includes : Plumbing: supply and drain lines were stubbed out for a future bath (tub, toilet, & lavatory) , supply and drain lines were stubbed out for a future sink and washer, and a supply line was stubbed out for a refrigerator ice maker. Electrical : receptacles and switches were installed in each partitioned room, including GFI circuitry for the future bath and kitchenette, lighting was blanked off according to code . Circuits were installed for a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Partitioning: framing for interior partitioning was completed and is identified on the included drawing as the darkened partitions . Drywall was hung on these interior partitions but has not been finished. All additional work completed on this area was completed according to Code . The space above the garage had already been permitted for air conditioning. The pool was permitted separately. A floor plan of the additional work performed on the area above the garage is included herewith. The additional work includes : Plumbing: supply and drain lines were stubbed out for a future bath (tub, toilet, & lavatory) , supply and drain lines were stubbed out for a future sink and washer, and a supply line was stubbed out for a refrigerator ice maker.
